TradeGen is analysis software. It reads public market data, filings, news and social posts, applies a set of strategies to them, back-tests those strategies against the instrument's own history, and reports what it found.
It is not financial advice, and nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. It does not know your circumstances, your tax position, your other holdings or your obligations, and it is not regulated to advise you about any of them. It has no connection to any broker and never places an order.
Every probability, expectancy and confidence interval is measured from historical price data. Past behaviour is not a promise about the future, and a measured edge can stop existing without warning. The software says so in its own output: when a setup has no demonstrated edge it reports that rather than inventing confidence, and by its own measurements most short-horizon trading loses money once costs are charged.
Day trading loses money for the large majority of retail participants. This tool's own back-tests agree with that finding. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Figures taken from filings are shown with a link to the filing so you can check them. No warranty is given that any figure is correct, and decisions made on them are yours.
The service may be unavailable, and scheduled checks do not run while it is. Alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee: never rely on one to exit a position.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may export your data or delete your account at any time from the Account page. Access may be withdrawn for abuse of the service or of the data sources it depends on.
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for trading losses or for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this software.
